Which Pages Are Created Default When RestroFood Install?

RestroFood Default Page

When you install the RestroFood plugin, it automatically creates a set of default pages needed to run your online ordering, branch/kitchen operations, and delivery workflow. You don’t need to build these manually – they’re generated on activation and can be reviewed or reassigned anytime from RestroFood → Page Settings → Pages.

Where to Find and Manage These Pages

These default pages are assigned automatically, but you can view or change which WordPress page is mapped to each role from the plugin’s settings panel:

  • Go to RestroFood in the WordPress admin sidebar.
  • Click Page Settings.
  • Open the Pages tab (selected by default).

Here you’ll find five dropdown fields, each pre-filled with its matching default page:

  • Select Restrofood Shop Page → RestroFood
  • Select Branch Manager Page → Branch Manager
  • Select Kitchen Manager Page → Kitchen Manager
  • Select Delivery Page → Delivery
  • Select Admin Page → Admin

If you ever need to point a role to a different page (for example, after rebuilding a page or renaming it), just choose the new page from the relevant dropdown and click Save Setting.

Note: The Page Settings screen also includes two additional tabs – My Account Page and Admin Page – alongside the main Pages tab shown above. These handle related page configuration but are separate from the 5 default pages listed here.

What Each Page Does

Admin Page: The central login/control point for staff roles. Branch managers, kitchen managers, and delivery staff each sign in here to reach their own dashboard, so access stays role-based and secure.

Branch Manager Page: Gives the branch manager a dashboard to monitor and manage orders coming into their branch, acting as the coordination point between the kitchen and delivery.

Kitchen Manager Page: Gives kitchen staff a working view of pending, in-progress, and completed orders, so food prep stays organized and orders move through on time.

RestroFood Shop Page: The customer-facing shop page; this is where menu items are listed with images, descriptions, and pricing, and where customers add items to cart and check out.

Delivery Page: The delivery boy’s dashboard for viewing assigned orders and updating delivery status as an order moves toward completion.

Why This Matters

Because RestroFood creates these pages automatically, you can start managing orders, kitchen workflow, and deliveries right after installation, with each role’s dashboard already separated and ready to use, no manual page-building required.
