RestroFood lets you print any customer’s order invoice directly from your WordPress admin panel, no separate invoicing tool needed. Here’s exactly where to find the print button.
Step 1: Open the Orders Page
From your WordPress dashboard, go to RestroFood → Orders in the left sidebar.
This opens the order management dashboard, where every order is listed in a table with its Order ID, Order Date, Delivery Date/Time, Delivery Type, Payment Method/Status, and Tracking Status.
Step 2: Click “View Details”
On the right side of the orders table, under the View Order column, click the View Details button next to the order you want to print.
This opens the Order Details pop-up, showing the order’s billing information (name, phone, address), delivery type and time, payment method, and an itemized list of products with quantities, extra items, and pricing.
Step 3: Click “Print Invoice”
At the top-right of the Order Details pop-up, next to the Back button, you’ll find the Print Invoice button.
Clicking it opens your browser’s print dialog with a ready-to-print invoice showing the Order ID, order date, delivery type, delivery/pickup time, billing details, itemized products, discount, and total. From there, pick your printer (or “Print to PDF” to save a digital copy) and print.
