Each branch in RestroFood has its own independent delivery and pickup schedule. You set this from the branch’s edit screen, under RestroFood → Branches, inside the Day-Based Time section of the branch form.
Here’s exactly where to find it and how to configure it.
Step 1: Open the Branches Screen
From your WordPress dashboard sidebar, go to:
RestroFood → Branches
This opens a list of all your existing branches (for example, Sydney NSW, Australia Branch, London, UK Branch, Toronto, ON, Canada Branch).
Step 2: Add or Edit a Branch
- To set the schedule for a new location, click Add New Branch at the top of the Branches screen.
- To update the schedule for an existing location, click that branch’s name from the list.
Either way, this opens the Add New Branch (or Edit Branch) form where all of a branch’s settings, including its delivery and pickup timing, are live.
Step 3: Find the “Day Based Time” Section
Scroll down the branch form, past the manager, delivery boy, and printer fields, to the Day Based Time table. This table lists every day of the week (Sunday through Saturday) and is where the branch’s core delivery/pickup schedule is set.
For each day, you can configure:

| Holy Day? | Check this box to mark the branch as fully closed on that day, so no delivery or pickup orders are accepted. |
| Opening Time | The time the branch starts accepting orders for that day. |
| Closing Time | The time the branch stops accepting orders for that day. |
| Break Start Time / Break End Time | An optional pause window within the day (for example, between lunch and dinner service) when ordering is temporarily unavailable. |
This table controls the default date and time window customers can choose from when placing a delivery order for that branch.
Step 4: Set a Different Time for Pickup or Reservations (Optional)
Right below the Day-Based Time table is the Different Day-Based Time section. Use this if you want pickup or reservation timing to differ from the delivery schedule you just set:
- Different Pickup Time – check this box to reveal a separate day-based schedule just for pickup orders, so pickup hours can differ from delivery hours.
- Set Different Reservation Time – check this box to set a separate schedule specifically for table reservations at this branch.
If you leave both boxes unchecked, pickup (and reservations, where enabled) will follow the same hours defined in the main Day Based Time table.
Step 5: Save the Branch
Once the schedule is set, use the Publish box on the right side of the screen:
- Click Publish to make the branch live with its new schedule, or
- Click Save Draft to save your changes without publishing yet.
Note
Because this schedule is set per branch, each location can have its own delivery and pickup hours, its own holidays, and its own break times, which is useful if your branches operate in different time zones or have different opening hours.
