The Reservation Table option allows you to create and manage restaurant tables for your restaurants. Customers can reserve these tables through the reservation system.
Navigate to Reservation Tables
From your WordPress admin dashboard:
RestroFood → Reservation Table
On this page, you will see:
- Existing table list
- Table information
- Table status
- Edit/Delete actions
- Add New Table button
How to Add a New Reservation Table?
To create a new reservation table:
- Click the Add New Table button.
- A pop-up form will appear.
- Fill in all required table information.
- Click the Add Table button to save.
Field Explanation
Select Branch
Choose the restaurant branch where the table belongs.
Table Name
Enter a display name for the table.
Example:
- Table 1
- VIP Table
- Family Table
Table Number
Provide a unique table number or ID.
Example:
- TBL001
- TBL023
Table Seat
Enter the seating capacity of the table.
Example:
- 2
- 4
- 6
Status
Set the table availability status:
- Active → Customers can reserve the table
- In-Active → Table will not be available for reservation
How to Edit Existing Reservation Table?
You can update any existing table information anytime.
- Click the Edit icon from the table list.
- Update the table information.
- Click Update Table.
You can edit:
- Branch
- Table name
- Table number
- Seating capacity
- Table status
How to Delete the Reservation Table?
To remove a table:
- Click the Delete icon from the action column.
- Confirm the deletion.
Note: Deleting a table may affect existing reservations associated with that table.
Table Status Tips
- Use Active status for available reservation tables.
- Use In-Active status temporarily for maintenance or unavailable tables.
- Keep table numbers unique for better reservation management.
