RestroFood Checkout Fields Settings lets you control exactly which billing and shipping fields appear on your WooCommerce checkout page- no coding, no page builder edits. This matters for restaurants because order types vary: a dine-in or pickup order doesn’t need a shipping address, and a delivery-only kitchen may not need a company name field. Rather than showing every customer the same long form, you can tailor the checkout to match how your restaurant actually takes orders.
Where to Find It
- Go to RestroFood in the WordPress admin menu.
- Select Checkout Fields Settings.
- Choose the Billing Fields or Shipping Fields tab at the top of the page.
Each tab lists every available field with its own toggle switch, so Billing and Shipping are configured independently of each other.
RestroFood Billing Fields Controls
Every billing field defaults to No (visible on checkout). Set a toggle to Yes to remove that field from checkout entirely.

Shipping fields work the same way and are toggled separately from Billing:

Applying Settings to Common Order Types
- Pickup or dine-in only: Set every toggle under Shipping Fields to Yes, since there’s no delivery address to collect.
- Delivery only, individual customers: Hide Billing Company Name and Shipping Company Name to shorten the form for customers who aren’t ordering on behalf of a business.
- Local delivery within one area: Hide Billing District and Shipping District (or Street Address 2) if your service area doesn’t need that level of address detail.
- Order Notes: Leave this visible if you rely on it for special requests – allergy notes, delivery instructions, or dine-in table numbers. Hide it only if your kitchen workflow doesn’t use it.
Saving Changes
After adjusting toggles on either tab, click Save Setting in the top-right corner of the page. Changes apply immediately to your live checkout page.
